ATSO Digital Platform

Product Manager / Developer

An end-to-end digital platform for the Antalya Chamber of Commerce — replacing a fragmented stack with one product covering website, members, payments, documents, campaigns and TOBB / e-Devlet integrations.

Overview

The Antalya Chamber of Commerce serves more than 20,000 member companies, but the digital systems running underneath were scattered and built on aging technology. Member operations lived in one system, the website in another, applications and event forms in a third — each with its own UI, its own data model and its own ceiling. Publishing a campaign, opening an application form or processing a document required either a manual workflow or a small developer fix; neither scaled to a 20,000-member institution. The brief was not just to refresh the existing systems, but to digitise a meaningful chunk of how the chamber actually operated.

We delivered a single platform that pulled all of it together: a drag-and-drop website builder so non-technical staff could publish without engineering, a dynamic form builder for events and member applications, a unified member management module, a payment gateway, a document management system and a campaign management module. Layered on top, we built deep integrations with TOBB (the Union of Chambers of Turkey) and the national e-Devlet identity stack — most of those integrations were implemented for ATSO for the first time in this project.

The system runs on Vue.js + Nuxt.js on the frontend and Java on the backend. At launch it was positioned as one of Turkey's most comprehensive digital chamber stacks. I led the project as product manager — coordinating requirement and needs analysis with internal stakeholders, keeping the engineering team on a sustainable delivery rhythm, and translating technical complexity into operational clarity. Building a system that touched the daily workflow of tens of thousands of members was one of the experiences that most directly shaped how I understand product management today.
